Art has always been a medium that enables a more profound connection to ourselves, to others, and the greater whole. A medium that fosters personal and collective transformation on many levels. My photographic art is an invitation for individual and utmost personal explorations on identity, transcendence, and regarding the question how feeling deeply connected actually becomes possible for each one of us.
As a self-taught photo artist, I am particularly interested in the deeper layers of our existence: the unconscious, the language of our dreams, and our connection with the metaphysical dimensions of reality. The world of the invisible and intangible is the starting point from which my artistic work emerges. My work eludes conventional artistic approaches and methods and does not align with academic conventions and expectations.

ABOUT
From a very young age I have always felt like I experience the world around me very differently than other people. And for the most part of life, I was struggling to feel connected with others and like I belong somewhere. It must have been the combination of these factors that led me to dive deep into topics related with the human psyche, consciousness, contemporary spirituality, and alternative perspectives on reality. And somewhere along the way of this journey of intense (self-) exploration, I began to express my internal world through art and writing.
My exhibitions take place in spaces of absolute silence, free from any distractions and conventional art talk. This consciously designed setting is crucial in creating a space for others in which they can not only encounter my art, but especially themselves on a deeper level. Our shared conversations in the second part of my exhibitions are dedicated entirely to the visitors' sensations and perceptions—as well as to mutual exchange regarding the underlying themes of my work.

My photo art, so far mainly surreal and mystical female portraits, offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in a world that is always present but hardly noticed by most people. A world that can be discovered beyond logical and conventional thinking, and the various influences that shape our perception and how we move through life.
My art aims to redirect people's attention back to themselves, serving as a catalysts for those who long for a deeper connection with their inner world and a transpersonal perspective on their existence. At the same time, it fosters elevated, intuitive awareness not only for external environments, but also for the deeper layers of reality.
I keep my artworks deliberately free from titles, stories, and predefined meanings to allow for a connection with the observer that arises from within instead of being defined by the external.
