TRANSPERSONAL DEVLOPMENT

My definition of transpersonal development involves exploring life and ourselves from a blank slate, and to transform in very profound ways. It enables us to redefine what was previously determined for us, and to look at things not through the eyes of others, but through our own. This includes how we see ourselves, what we consider possible and legitimate for ourselves, as well as the way in which we perceive reality. It frees us from the ideas of how life is supposed to be and from foreign expectations to which we have unconsciously subjected ourselves. In short: it gives us the space for a form of self-knowledge that is not oriented towards the status quo, but towards a multidimensional perspective on life and ourselves.


1:1 TRANSPERSONAL GUIDANCE

My 1:1 sessions are particularly meaningful for those who have not felt truly seen, understood or satisfied within conventional therapy, coaching, or personal / spiritual development frameworks. It is for those who long for experiencing themselves and life in their very unique way—requiring a guide who can grasp them on a very deep level that doesn’t blur their individuality but expands it. In our time together, there's no specific agenda or goal. You come as you are in that moment, and ttogether we explore what wants to revealed from inside of yourself.


Compared to traditional coaching or therapy, I don't use methods or tools in order to heal you or to guide you into a concrete direction. Your own inner world will guide everything, and I am just here to translate what you can't hear yourself, and to show you what I see that you might not see yourself at that time.
