Intuition
“It seems like most people have no idea just how powerful and important our intuition actually is. And when we talk about self-empowerment, intuition should, in my opinion, be at the very top of the list. A clear intuition points us toward paths that no one else can show us. It leads to decisions that no one else can make for us. It guides us to places only we can travel to—and to people we would never meet if we listened only to our reason. A life guided by intuition will ultimately present a completely different picture than a life lived according to standards. It may be a life of more ups and downs, light and shadow, and stark contrasts—but at least it is a life truly lived."
"Our soul is an invisible treasure whose worth and capacity can be seen and felt by only few people. Most people probably can't even grasp its concept because they consider the flesh and their mind to be all that makes us human. But from my perspective and experience, this is so deeply wrong.
For me, our body is nothing but a costume.
A costume most people value much more than what lays beneath it.
And no matter how much gold and silk one puts over it—if a soul doesn’t shine
its bright light, the most important thing seems to be missing.”

"It’s a pity that still far too many people have no access to the deeper mysteries and magic of life. Guided and driven by a purely materialistic worldview, they miss out on such beautiful aspects life holds. A life that reveals only the surface of the vast spectrum that existence holds for us.
Perhaps it's because they believe mysticism and magic must be something religious, esoteric, or ritualistic. But that’s not the case, as these things reveal themselves to us in much simpler ways. By simply being present—with ourselves and with life, and in harmony with our inner voice, rather than our mind.
“We are all so accustomed to thinking, believing, and doing what others before us have thought, believed, and done—aren't we? I find it very important to question whether our assumptions about life and the world we live in are genuinely our own. But probably only a few embark on this journey of exploring their deeper, authentic self, because it takes a lot of courage to ignore what seemed to provide our security and sense of belonging in a chaotic world.
But security doesn’t automatically lead to fulfillment, and also not to feeling seen, deeply appreciated, and loved by people who see us for who we truly are. This kind of fake security is just a construct. It might give us some calm, but it also keeps us trapped at the same time if we’re built for something different or greater. Therefore, many of us need to make an important choice in life: We need to choose between the seemingly fixed and universally valid convictions we have heard from an early age—and creating new perspectives for ourselves from a place o f freedom and trust in alternatives that are in alignment with our personal truth."

"There's no doubt that some sort of magic is surrounding and living within us.
I don't know what it is, and I believe that we don't have to make sense of it.
Maybe, we just have to accept it—and allow it to infuse our lives so that things
can happen for us that we aren't able to create by pure will or our own effort."

“We are always free to choose self-denial and self-betrayal or our personal truth.
We can choose to stay loyal to the expectations of others
or to be bold enough to express our unique essence.
We can choose to swim on the surface level of life
or to dive into the deep ocean that lays beneath it.
It seems like the most important choices in life don’t refer to our hair color
or our next vacation, but to fundamental questions that will shape the further
curse of our lives.”
"The more I removed the unnecessary from my life, the clearer I became about myself."

Growth
“Nothing beats the sweet smell of real freedom. The freedom to be the real you.
The freedom of thinking our own thoughts, of seeing the world with our own eyes,
and creating a life that isn't a copy, but an expression of who we truly are.
Unique, like each flower on this planet.
This what we are: Flowers.
They don't ask others how and where to grow. They aren't afraid to bloom in their most beautiful and magical way. They just grow and bloom by their inner intelligence. An intelligence that is living within everything and anybody.
But it doesn't speak in words—and for that reason, humans struggle so hard with growing without micro-managing and controlling every inch of their lives. They think there has to be hard effort and a plan in order to receive whatever they want and desire.
But look at a flower.
If you truly want to live as a copy, be smart—and take a flower's intelligence as your blueprint.”
"I have realized that the fact that only few people believed in my personal visions and goals was the highest indicator that I was on the right path for my life. Because if most people in our surrounding applaud us, we’re following the path of the masses, which might not be what we’re destined to do."

"I assume, life is actually very simple,
and maybe magic is very simple, too.
But probably we refuse to see it,
because we love to make things complicated.
"Each one of us is afraid of something. Some of us more and some of us less.
And we tend to believe that we should mask our fears, because society tells us to be strong and in control of everything—instead of teaching us that fear is a natural aspect of being human.
It's not a sign of weakness to have certain fears, but it's okay to let them go when the time has come to grow into a new version of ourselves.
A version that is free to experience life from an entirely new foundation.
Free from the past and the demons that were running our life before."

"In a world full of noise, I choose silence.
In a world full of showmanship, I choose to be a withdrawn observer.
In a world that tells you how to see and do things, I choose to be guided by my own inner compass.
In a world that declared hustle as standard, I choose to slow down in a way that confuses most people.
Because my peace of mind matters so much more to me than the applause for playing the game of life in the way most people do.”

"I truly believe that we can't suppress our soul's longings with substitute gratifications on the long run. Just as we can't permanently hide our personal truth behind a mask.
It may work for a while, but our soul has its ways to guide us back to where we're meant to be: back to our true self. A self that is defined by our desires, dreams, and personal visions, instead of external influences and past experiences.
A self with a unique way of seeing the world, connected to life not only physically but also metaphysically. Aware of the multidimensionality of life and the human nature, and the universal language that connects everything and everybody, beyond time and space."
"It's a wonderful thing not to fake ourselves.
Not to build an artificial, glittering façade that looks impressive on the outside but leaves us empty inside.
Not to boast about our achievements and possessions in order to be respected and loved.
Not to sacrifice ourselves for a way of living defined by society and others.
Not to hunger for belonging in the group of the masses, but for the groups that nourish our soul.
It feels juicy and satisfying to know we’re walking on our own path. Because we can be sure that it will guide us to where we truly belong."

"I tend to believe that one of the biggest reasons of our all’s suffering is our attachment to purely logical and rational thinking.
I mean, look at children: they're playful, curious, creative & experimental, and they use their imagination as an important resource for exploring the experience called life. They follow and express their emotions without fear, shame, and asking for permission. They know exactly what it takes to create and experience magic & miracles:
Living in our internal world,
instead of being controlled by the external."
"How can we never know who we truly are and truly love ourselves—as long as we continue to force ourselves into the paradigms of our modern world? A world that measures a person's worth by their level of performance, and their ability to adapt
to conditions defined by others.
It is a prison that silences our individuality—to serve in ways that might have absolutely nothing in common with who we truly are. A prison that keeps us occupied and small in order to confirm the seemingly absolute laws of the three-dimensional world.
But from my perspective, life is not three-dimensional, but multi-dimensional,
and when we allow ourselves to approach life from that perspective, we expand our potential in significant ways.
Living and creating from that dimension isn't for everybody—and this comes without any judgement. But for those who feel like they can’t or don’t want to fit in, it's time to awake and to remember their deeper essence..."

"How do we find serenity in an unsettled world?"

“We can choose to live in the world of others or choose to create our own.
If we adapt to the thoughts and perspectives of others or shape our own.
If we want to believe what others tell us about what is possible or not
or set our goals in a way that lights up our inner fire.
We can choose, if we create our lives from a place of potential and possibilities, or from a place of limitation. From a place of positivity and optimism or negativity and self-doubt.
We can choose if we follow the masses, or own path. If we live consciously
or unconsciously—being driven from within or by the external world.
So many choices, out of many. With very different results.
"I always wonder, why we don't receive education in dreaming.
Because at the end, our ability to dream is the foundation for all great inventions and a better world."

Self-love
"I came to realize that the greatest form of self-love is the radical acceptance of our personal and very individual truth. A truth that might vary so much from the things we were told to do and to believe. The truth that lies within in our soul, instead of our rational mind.
Many people don’t know this truth, and a lot of people don’t even miss it.
But some can feel that quiet urging from within, that aims to redirect the path of our life.
A loving, silent voice that tries to become louder than the noise of the world, and the expectations of other people. Calling us to listen — and to trust, even if it feels unfamiliar.
This is how I define true self-love:
Being loyal to the deepest part of us, in every situation.
"Why do we praise hustle & grind, but condem slowness and ease as if they were mortal sins?"

"We can choose if we follow the masses, or own path. If we live consciously, or unconsciously—being driven from the external or our internal world.
We can choose if we blindly adapt to other people's thoughts and ideas—or if we actively begin to shape our own perspectives. If we want to allow other people's inner limitations to become our own—or radically believe in the power of our dreams.
We can choose, if we create our lives from a place of potential and possibilities, or from a place of struggle and hardship. From a place of total conviction instead of negativity and playing small.
So many choices, out of many. With very different results.”
"I can’t help but feel much more fascinated by the deeper aspects of life and being human than the mundane. It’s almost like the surreal appears more real to me than the ordinary perspective on life.
So often, my intuition wins over logic—and so-called coincidences lead to better results than my physical and mental efforts. So how could I be anything but deeply curious about what lies beneath the surface?
How could I be satisfied with what I was told,
when it appears to me like only a small fragment of what truly exists?
When common stories about life can’t provide me with explanations
for my different way of seeing the world and experiencing life?
I guess I will never be able to see the world from a conventional perspective.
A perspective that makes me feel like I’m trapped and restricted, serving paradigms that aren’t mine.
And maybe it’s a good thing to break free from it—and to encourage others to do the same.”

"When I listen consciously and long enough into silence, it seems to me like as if the space around me expands and time dissolves.
Thus, I suspect, that silence expands our consciousness, allowing us to perceive things that we miss admist the noise."

"Learn how to walk in your own shoes. Listen to your own inner song.
Dance with your own frequency. Define your own rules—and ignore the rest.
Allow yourself to be weak from time to time. Honor your vulnerability, your shadows,
and your fears as they belong to you like the strong parts of you.
Allow yourself to be loved for who you truly are.
Not for your performance, your look, possessions, and achievements.
And love someone who makes you feel good and at peace
when you're sitting next to each other in silence.”
"I am convinced that we can see so much more with our eyes closed."

"In many people’s life there comes this day when their true self awakens. The self that has held itself back for such a long time.
It might begin as a delicate and fragile blossom, growing from the seed that life has planted within us. A seed that has always been there, carrying a potential that was buried for far too long.
From the moment it becomes embraced, it begins to grow and expand, and we are finally becoming the gardener of our own paradise..."
"I truly believe that we can't suppress our soul's longings with substitute gratifications on the long run. Just as we can't permanently hide our personal truth behind a mask.
It may work for a while, but our soul knows exactly how to guide us back to where we're meant to be: back to our true multidimensional self.
A self that is free from all foreign perspectives and beliefs about life and ourselves—experiencing life through a lens only few people might ever use during their lifetime. Through a personal and entirely unique lens, that can’t be learned or taught but only developed over time—by learning to listen to the language of the soul again and training our ability to understand it.”

"How possible is the seemingly impossible?"

Inspiration
“People talk a lot about inspiration, assuming that it is something we need to search for somewhere in the external world. And of course, there are so many things in this world that can inspire us, but true inspiration is a state of being that doesn’t need external stimuli. It simply comes to us and flows if we are willing to become a vessel for it. I don’t know what that greater thing that breathes through us in these moments could be named, nor what it actually is. But I do know that it exists and that it starts to guide us as soon as we step aside and surrender to its magic.
When we tap into BEING in spirit, ideas flow to us without needing to search for them—and our actions are guided in an intuitive way that doesn’t require pressure, pushing, or a ton of logical and strategic thinking. In fact, too much of these things can interrupt and block the natural flow coming with true inspiration. That’s why so many people never experience that state: because they overthink and over-analyze things, aiming to make perfect sense out of it and defining the goal even before they have started the process. But trying to be in control isn’t compatible with BEING in SPIRIT, because our mind and our ego are too small for its potential.
Only our soul has the capacity to receive what we are destined to give birth to and share with others. For creating something unique that has its own language, signature, and frequency — guided by the desire to create deep meaning and value for others. Instructed by something greater than ourselves.”

"There's no risk in being radically honest and authentic.
Because the only thing we might miss or lose are people, situations, and things that don't suit us anyway."

"People often call me strange because I prefer to listen to my inner world rather than to what others say. They consider themselves smarter and better because they play the game of life the way most people do.
They speak, live, and act like the majority. They think and say what's popular and socially acceptable. They blindly believe what authority figures of all kinds claim, and they regard only things as real and true which can be seen and scientifically proven.
I, on the other hand, believe in what cannot be grasped or measured. In the world of our dreams, of magic, and wonder. I believe in the power and guidance of my soul, which has always been a far better compass for my life than all the advice from other people who live lives I don’t want to live.
A life in disconnection from our creative and spiritual potential,
trimming down the wings of our spirit.
So when people say I’m strange or not from this world, I take it as a great compliment. Because it shows me that I’m connected to myself and to a perspective on life that doesn’t follow pure reason and a fixed blueprint, but the leadership of my soul."
"I consider the limitations and constraints associated with the human experience as a prison for our soul.
How can our soul be free and dance its dance when our mind is constantly forced to grapple with earthly problems?
That is why we need all forms of art so badly:
because they provide us, at least momentarily, with some relief from the burdens of being human."

"People often call me strange because I prefer to listen to my inner world rather than to what others say. They consider themselves smarter and better because they play the game of life the way most people do.

The world will constantly try tell you who to be, what to do, and how to do it.
And most people's identity and lifes are sadly defined by it.

"Allow them to misunderstand you and to judge you. To underestimate you or to call you wired. To dislike and reject you, or to speak negatively about you. But never let any of that stop you from being who you truly are and following your visions.
Because it has never been a good deal to betray and belittle ourselves in order to be accepted by the wrong people. By people with whom we can't grow because we're not speaking and acting with the voice of our truth but with the voice of our fears.
Don’t fear the rejection, as it will guide you to those kind of people with whom you can be and share who you truly are —instead of a fragmented self that tries to satisfy people who will never be able to satisfy YOU."

"There's no risk in being radically honest and authentic.
Because the only thing we might miss or lose are people, situations, and things that don't suit us anyway."

"Before listening to the advice of others, it's often much better to check in with ourselves first.
Because the truth is: most advices are poor advices, as the majority of people project their own inner world on others—instead of tuning into their unique being and situation. And if we take it in, we will end up even more confused than before—and on the wrong path.
When I look back, it was always my own inner voice that led me to make decisions that moved me
into the right direction. Not in a fast and easy way, and not in a way that made sense to others.
But in a way that felt right for me.
And I guess, that's what truly matters:
Being on our own, unique path—instead of achieving and having all sorts of things as fast as possible."
"I have always experienced devotion to be a very powerful force.
It may not get us to our goals the fastest, but at least it leads us to where we truly belong."

"How much silence
can we actually still tolerate?"
Withdrawal
"There's such a big difference between being withdrawn and being very conscious about using one's own energy. Most people scatter their energy everywhere – constantly searching for things and people who will compensate for the lack of contact with themselves, satisfy various needs, or distract themselves from themselves.
But there are also those who find more satisfaction and fulfillment in the company of themselves than in the outside world. In lovingly turning to their own inner world – a endless ocean of inspiration, creativity, harmony, and love.
So when someone calls me withdrawn, I think to myself that there's no point in explaining myself. Because most people won't be able to understand why I consider our inner world as far more interesting than most of the superficial and shallow conversations people tend to share with each other."

"I don't know the reason for it, but the surreal always appeared more real to me than the mundane.
Maybe because I do not exclude the non-physical, like our nightly dreams, from my definition of reality."

"So many of us are constantly running in a direction that isn't right for us.
We search for love and attention at the wrong places.
We strive for a form of success that isn't ours.
We crave recognition for things that won't fulfill us anyway.
We're fixed on our flaws and the next thing we need to improve or correct in order to fit in somewhere. And we've normalized constant self-betrayal because we believe we have no other choice.
Because we've never learned to truly listen to ourselves.
Because we don't trust ourselves and doubt that we are good and enough just as we are.
Because we believe other people know more or better than we do.
But I have realized that we can change our direction at any given moment."
"Some people simply have an unbridled urge to explore life with their own eyes."

“I think it’s a real pity that so many people still neglect and reject the potential of the metaphysical layers of life. I don’t know the reason for this, but I do know that it prevents people from seeing life through a lens that exposes infinite possibilities full of magic instead of limitations and feeling like we have to handle everything on our own.
But if I am honest, I’ve been there for a long time, too—even though I had so much personal evidence for the invisible threads laying beneath the visible layers of reality. Threads that connect everything with everybody beyond time and space.
And yet, I suppose I wasn't brave enough to fully allow those planes to lift me and my life up in a way I was probably too afraid of—even though I longed so deeply for it for decades.
But the familiar can start to feel like our normal over time, even if it plagues us. It’s almost like it makes us feel safer in a state of discomfort than in a state of joy, freedom, and happiness.
But our soul won’t stop pushing us towards our truth, and until then, our inner restlessness won’t stop until we fully surrender to it.”
"When did depth become unfashionable? And why?"

"I assume, that one of the greatest lies many of us bought into is that we have to sacrifice aspects of our own being for whatever reason. And many of us do, because we tend to believe it's normal. But what sense does that normal make, if it doesn't lead to joy and fullfillment?
That belief became so deeply embedded into so many people like it was an ultimate rule. A rule that I not only question, but resist to accept. Because I consider it to be man-made, but not as an ultimate and universal law.
I see this rule silencing the voice, vitality and beauty of our soul. Pretending, it secures our lives financially, socially, and romantically. A rule that seemingly secures our lives—be it socially, romantically or financially.
But I never ever saw only one truly happy person that lives in some sort of self-denial and self-betrayal. Because in that mode, we belong to others, but not to ourselves.
Yes, refusing to sacrifice our integrity towards ourselves won't make us the most popular person in a room. Because most people prefer those who make them feel comfortable by confirming their worldview and expectations—instead of those who challenge the status quo of the masses.
But the questions is: who do we want to be?
The one who is popular, or the one who embodies radical truthfulness?
We shouldn’t waste too much time on that question, because life passes by so much faster than we think."
"In a world, in which we can see, hear, and read everything, I find the mysterious to be far more attractive.
Maybe because it ignites our fantasy. And what would our world look like without fantasies?"

"It's in retreat and silence when our soul can start to work its magic—for ourselves and others. When we are constantly busy and distracted, numbing ourselves with all sorts of things, we can never recognize the potency of that state of being. In fact, we tend to avoid it because it also leads us through layers of ourselves that feel uncomfortable.
The wounded and negatively conditioned parts of us. The untruths we were told about life and ourselves. The limitations that were imposed on us by others, resulting in fearful thoughts and feelings / emotions.
All the various layers that once covered our true self—preventing us to be firmly connected with the one and only authority in our lives. Our internal authority, that neither needs a roadmap, advices, or a ton of knowledge told by others.
Our soul already knows everything we need to know for our entire life. And when we surrender to its wisdom and words, it can guide in the most efficient and successful way—without the necessity of external influences and authorities.
But this strong inner guidance can only be revealed to us in retreat and silence.
Because we can’t hear the beautiful song of a bird as long as we keep standing on a crowded street full of noise…”
"One day I realised that power doesn't have to be loud.
In fact, there seems to be a tremendous amount of power in silence."
