"Wake up, but stay asleep for the external world—for it will guide your thoughts and perception away from your personal truth.
Take notes on your thoughts, write down your dreams, and experiment with poetry
as often as you can.
Let your spirit fly and let its wings
carry you to foreign lands.
Embrace being a dreamer,
because they make this world a better place.
And allow yourself a kind of life in which most days start like this—because in the kingdom of our soul, everything is possible.

"In a world full of noise, I choose silence.
In a world full of showmanship,
I choose to be a withdrawn observer.
In a world full of narcissism,
I choose to stay an empath.
In a world that constantly tells us how to see and do things, I choose to be guided by my own inner compass only.
In a world that is suffocating under countless regulations, rules, norms and conventions,
I choose to live in and create my own cosmos.
In a world that declared hustle as standard,
I play the rebel by slowing down in a way that confuses people.
Because my peace of mind and my inner world matter so much more, than being involved into the madness of the world created by others."

“Nothing beats the sweet smell of real freedom. The freedom to be the real you.
The freedom of thinking our own thoughts,
of seeing the world with our own eyes,
and creating a life that isn't a copy, but an expression of who we truly are.
Unique, like each flower on this planet.
This what we are:
Flowers.
They don't ask others how and where to grow. They aren't afraid to bloom in their most beautiful and magical way. They just grow and bloom by their inner intelligence. An intelligence that is living within everything and anybody.
But it doesn't speak in words—and for that reason, humans struggle so hard with growing without micro-managing and controlling every inch of their lives.
Believing that there has to be hard effort
and a perfect plan for everything.
But look at a flower.
If you truly want to live as a copy, be smart—and take a flower's intelligence as your blueprint.”

"It's in retreat and silence when our soul can start to work its magic - for ourselves and others.
Constantly busy and distracted people never recognize that potent state of being. In fact, many of them tend to avoid it because in order to access it, we need to confront ourselves with some unfomfortable layers of our self.
With our wounded parts, and our negative beliefs about ourselves. With all the untruths we've been told about life and ourselves.
With the countless limitations that were imposed onto us by others.
With all the layers that once covered our true self—preventing us to be firmly connected to the one and only authority in our lifes.
Our own internal authority, that neither needs a roadmap or strategies, external advice, or a ton of knowledge spread by others.
Because our soul knows already everything we need to know for our lives. And when we surrender to it, it can also serve others in the beautiful and magical ways.
Everything else is a man-made illusion and construct—keeping us trapped in mental and emotional attachments, in overworking, overdoing, and excessive self-optimization.
No one will ever applause us for doing that, and the impact of living in harmony with our soul is so far greater than by wasting our energy and lifetime to such an extent."

"One day, you'll wake up and liberate yourself. From all the beliefs and viewpoints that were never yours, but became a part of your identity.
Even though it never had anything to do with your unique essence and personal truth.
You will realize that each drama, problem and external conflict is just a mirrow of your internal world. A mirrow for aspects of yourself that you're allowed to release.
We can choose something new and something else. And we must—if we want things to be differently.
This isn't about fixing something inside that isn't good or enough. Not about correcting a so-called weakness.
It's about breaking through the illusion that we aren't enough. That we're not doing enough and that we need to prove ourselves in some way first before we deserve whatever makes our heart jump from joy.
There is nothing to prove—to anyone.
Because there is no external authority greater or more important than our inner one.
Our SOUL is the only authority.
Love yourself enough to recognize it.”

"We can swim in the ocean of the masses or choose to explore our own.
But looking within isn't for everybody, because it not only confronts us with the vast universe that lives inside of us, but also with dimensions of life that most people deny.
Once you start see deeply, you won't be able to become blind again. Your needs will change—and your relationships. Your words will change, and only few people will understand you.
But the truth is: it's not a choice, in which ocean you swim. Because the choice was already made by a part of you you can't grasp with your conscious and rational mind.
You either feel the call, or you don't feel it.
The call calls YOU—not the opposite.
You follow it—or not.
Maybe now, maybe later—or never."

"So many of us live in the shadows that aren't even our own—for far too long.
Until the light inside of us becomes too strong, guiding our way back to our true self."

"There's such a big difference between being withdrawn and being very conscious of how we use our energy. Most people scatter their energy everywhere—living in a constant distraction from the depths of their own being.
But there are also those who find the most fulfillment by turning to their inner world.
That endless ocean of inspiration, creativity, harmony, and love. The source of great ideas, big dreams, and personal visions.
They love to explore the unique truths of their own soul, and to learn about the language of the universe. A language that needs no words and that bypasses the dimension of time and space.
So when someone calls me inaccessible or difficult to grasp, I think to myself that there's no point in explaining myself.
Because most people won't be able to understand why I have chosen my inner world as my main residence."

"We can never know who we truly are and truly love ourselves as long as
we continue to force ourselves into the paradigms of a world that measures a person's worth by their ability to adapt.
A prison for the soul that silences it—only to serve something that has absolutely nothing to do with its own truth. That makes it small in order to serve the seemingly absolute laws of the three-dimensional world.
But life is not three-dimensional, it is multi-dimensional—and that is where our soul is at home. And from there it enables us to act in ways that are simply impossible through our mental and physical powers alone.
Living from that dimension isn't for everybody - and this comes without any judgement.
But for those who can't "fit in", it's time to awake and to remember their true essence."

"Far too many people still rely on what they see with their eyes and on what they've been told and taught. Their orientation is external, which puts them in a permanent state of dependence—mentally, emotionally, and existentially.
It may be foolhardy to rely solely on one's own inner authority—and to ignore everything we believed to be right, valid, appropriate, and promising.
But what we see instead is so much bigger and more comprehensive, enabling us to grow and to expand in ways that only few people consider to be possible.
But most importantly, relying on our inner voice and authority is coming from the place of our personal truth—which is directly linked with universal truths that most people will never have access to due to their fixation on the external."

"So often, we run in directions that aren't right for us. We search for love and attention in the wrong places. We strive for a form of success that isn't ours. We crave recognition for things that don't fulfill us at all.
Because we've never learned to truly listen to ourselves.
Because we believe other people know more or better than we do. Because we don't trust ourselves and don't believe in life's magic.
But we can leave these wrong paths at any time by returning to the wisdom of our inner voice."

"Learn how to walk in your own shoes.
Listen to your own inner song and dance with your own frequency. Define your own rules—and ignore the rest.
Allow yourself to be weak from time to time.
Honor your vulnerability, your shadows, and your fears. See their value, instead of seeing them as flaws.
Allow yourself to be loved for who you truly are, not for what you can give, for how you look, or for what you have achieved.
And love someone who makes you feel good and at peace when you're sitting next to each other in silence.”

It's a wonderful thing not to fake ourselves.
Not to build an artificial, glittering façade that looks impressive on the outside but leaves us empty inside. Not to boast about our achievements and possessions in order to be respected and loved. Not to sacrifice ourselves for a way of living defined by society and others.
Not to think and act according to what others have told us, but in a way that feels intuitively right for us. Not to hunger for belonging to the masses, but to the people that nourish our soul.
It feels juicy and satisfying to know we’re walking on our own path.
Because we can be sure, that it will always guide us to where we truly belong—sooner or later."

"There's no doubt that some sort of magic
is surrounding and living within us.
I don't know what it is, and I believe that we don't have to make sense of it.
Maybe we just have to accept it—and allow it to infuse our lives. So that things can happen and shift for us that we aren't able to create by pure will and our own effort."

"Before listening to the advice of others, it's often much better to check in with ourselves first.
Because the truth is: most advices are poor advices, as the majority of people project their inner world on others—instead of tuning into their unique being and situation. And if we take it in, we will end up even more confused than before—and on the wrong path.
When I look back, it was always my own inner voice that led me to make decisions that moved me into the right direction. Not in a fast way, but in a way that felt right for me.
And I guess, that's what truly matters:
To be on our own, unique path—instead of achieving and having all sorts of things as fast as possible."

"Allow them to misunderstand you and to judge you. To underestimate you, to call you wired, not to like you, and to speak negatively about you.
But all of that should never stop you from being yourself and following your vision.
Because it has never been a good deal to betray and belittle yourself in order to be liked and accepted by the wrong people.
By people with whom you can't grow because you're not speaking with the voice of your truth, but with the voice of your fears.
So let them judge, and reject you, so that those kinds of people can find you with whom you can be ALL of you— instead of a fragmented version of yourself trying to please those who will never be able to satisfy YOU."

"We can choose to live in the world of others or choose to create our own.
Create our own thoughts and perspectives on things. Our own rules about what is possible or not, and about how things work for us.
We can choose whether we create our lives from the place of our multidimensional soul, or from the place of our limited rational mind.
If we follow the masses, confirming other people's beliefs—or if we take control and choose beliefs that open new worlds for us.
If we live consciously, or unconsciously,
with an awake or a sleeping spirit.
If we live from within, or if we're driven by the external world.
To follow one's own, inwardly motivated path is a way of living that requires dedication, regular self-examination,
and self-correction. It's nothing for people who love distractions, but for those longing for true fulfillment and a deep sense of purpose.
A choice... out of many.
With very different results.”

"I consider self-reflection as one of the most important abilities of a human being. Because if we can't confront ourselves with ALL of us, how could we ever see everything
that shapes and makes another human being—and life itself?
Some might say: "Well, I don't need to see and know everything about life, myself and especially not other people. The surface is absolutely sufficient for me."
And I understand that perspective, because it is very convenient and avoids pain.
But staying at the surface also means touching only the most mundane layers of the incredible experience called life. And what will definitely be missing is the depth our soul was built to experience and to express during these very few precious years on planet earth.
So why should we choose only a tiny aspect of the human experience, if we can have it all?"

"Most people are very good at categorizing, labeling, and intellectualizing things.
But the shadow side of this is that they're unable to grasp and understand things on a profound level.
A level beneath their mind, that exposes the entire spectrum of life beneath its mundane appearances."

One cannot truly explain or justify why you feel more drawn to the dimensions beyond the visible and tangible than to the ordinary world. Some may call it escapism, but that is merely one perspective—rooted in an understanding of reality that grants more power and authority to science than to one’s own intuition and perceptive capacity.
We can blindly adopt and believe what others have studied and proven, or we can follow the path of our own curiosity. We can surrender to the one-sidedness and limitation of a purely materialistic worldview, or we can leave room for other realms—realms that shed more light upon the darkness of matter.
Should anyone be expected to justify choosing the latter path, simply because most of humanity feels more comfortable in the density and confinement of three-dimensional existence?
Certainly not.
Because once, such individuals were seen as mediators between worlds. They were prophets, sages, or magicians. People others sought out to find greater meaning in their lives and existence.
They were not outsiders before the world fell under the rule of capitalism. And so they aren't now."

"Our soul is an invisible treasure whose worth only a few people are able to recognize.
Most people probably can't even grasp its concept and true dimension, because they consider the flesh and their rational mind
to be all that makes them human.
But from my perspective,
this is so deeply wrong.
For me, our body is a costume. A costume most people value much more than what lies beneath it.
But no matter how much gold and silk one puts on it—if their soul doesn’t shine its bright light, all of that has no true meaning.”

"The sad thing about the limitations of our mind is that they make us feel as if we are truly limited.
We feel these limitations emotionally and physically, and therefore constantly create new ones—as reflections of our own inner world.
From this place, we are blind to what truly surrounds us: light, vastness, and freedom.
A blank canvas just waiting to be painted by us. But we don’t make use of this possibility because we have become so accustomed to the rigidity of our limitations that everything else frightens us.
Yes, true freedom can be frightening, because it can make us feel as though we’re losing the ground beneath our feet. And even happiness can be frightening, because we are no longer used to moving forward with our wings and with ease.
Instead, we prefer to march heavily through the experience called life, believing that this is the only option.
But what are we really afraid of? What is so terrifying about freedom, about lightness and joy, that we reject them so strongly?
Maybe we're simply not used to it.
And maybe, deep inside, we believe that we're not worthy to live in a land where the sun shines more often than it rains.
So I guess we must begin with giving ourselves permission—the permission to experience a new kind of reality. One that is not defined by heaviness and limitations, but by ease and joy."

"Have you ever wondered why we dream at night? About distant places, unfamiliar faces, beautiful moments, or events that seem to be far outside of our current reality?
About things that let us wake up shaking our heads, thinking: Oh, it was just a dream!
But what if it wasn't just a dream—but an insight into your future? Your soul trying to communicate with you to give you an idea that could change your entire life, to point you towards new directions, or to prepare you for something significant to come.
Sounds irrational? Yes.
But is it completely out of the question? No.
Because the rational mind literally knows nothing, compared to the part of us that is able to see the bigger picture of our life.
All great pieces of music, the most beautiful and impactful words, and the greatest inventions of mankind were born from that place. A place that knows no limitations, but only expansion and infinite possibilities.
Yes, the communication with our soul through our dreams appears unreal and sometimes scary. And allowing this kind of internal dialogue is definitely not for rationalists, but also not for naïve dreamers.
But it's a gift for those who are willing to see life from an unconventional perspective.
Not a wrong one, but simply a different one compared to the masses.
So, the next time you have a dream, showing you images that seem have no connection to your current circumstances—give it a chance.
Because maybe it wasn't an insignificant dream, but one that holds deep meaning for your life."
