My written words are spontaneous expressions that do not follow a fixed form, but rather the moment. Reflections, poetic thoughts, or personal insights taking shape as a short text or a quote. They are inextricably linked to my art, as they fundamentally contribute to directing other people's attention inwards, and towards the larger contexts of life.

"In a world full of noise—I choose silence.
In a world full of narcissism—I choose to be and stay an empath.
In a world full of showmanship—I choose to be a silent observer.
In a world that declared hustle as standard, I play the rebel by slowing down in a way that confuses people.
In a world that is already suffocating under its countless regulations, rules, norms and conventions, I choose to live in and create my own cosmos.
In a world that constantly tells you how to see and do things—I choose to be guided by my own inner compass only.
Because my peace of mind and my inner world matter so much more, than being involved into the madness of the world and other people..."

"I find the most exciting things to explore are what we can find beyond the surface of things and the realm of logic: those matters of intuition, magic, and so-called coincidences.
The things that come to us out of the blue, instead of as a result of strategic planning, hustle, and grinding. Those moments when we realize that something happened which we had dreamed about some time ago. When we have an idea and follow it, even if we don't know where it will lead us—or whether it will make sense at all. When we meet people who impact our lives in such a profound way that our entire life takes on a completely new form.
Things like that aren't a result of external effort, but of surrendering to our internal world: our soul, our spirit, our higher senses. A result of crystal-clear self-awareness and the development of psychological and spiritual intelligence.
This isn't an alternative or esoteric way of living, but an awakened one—based on a multidimensional consciousness that is already beginning to replace the old paradigms."

"Most people are very good at categorizing, labeling, and intellectualizing things.
But the shadow side of this is that they're unable to grasp and understand things and people on a profound level.
A level beneath their mind, that would expose the world to them how it truly is."

"So often, we're running in a direction that isn't right for us.
We search for love and attention at the wrong places. We strive for a form of success that isn't ours. We crave recognition for things that don't fulfill us at all.
We're fixated on our flaws and the next thing we need to improve or correct in order to fit in somewhere. And we've normalized constant self-betrayal because we believe we have no other choice.
Because we've never learned to truly listen to ourselves.
Because we believe other people know more or better than we do. Because we don't trust ourselves and doubt that we are good and enough just as we are.
But we can end that stupid game at any time by returning back to the wisdom of our own soul."

"There's no doubt that some sort of magic is surrounding and living within us.
I don't know what it is, and I believe that we don't have to make sense of it.
Maybe, we just have to accept it—and allow it to infuse our lives so that things can happen
and shift for us that we aren't able to create by pure will and our own effort."

"There's such a big difference between being withdrawn and being very conscious about using our energy.
Most people scatter their energy everywhere—constantly searching for things and people who will compensate for the lack of contact with themselves, satisfy various needs, or distract themselves from themselves.
But there are also those who find more satisfaction and fulfillment in the company of themselves than in the outside world. In lovingly turning to their own inner world—a endless ocean of inspiration, creativity, harmony, and love.
Ideas, dreams, and visions.
Exploring our own psyche and cultivating the relationship with our true self. Getting in touch with the metaphysical dimensions of our existence. Becoming open for the language of the universe—a language that needs no words and bypasses the dimension of time and space. Developing a way of seeing that extends far beyond what surrounds us in the here and now—and for which we can keep our eyes closed.
So when someone calls me withdrawn, I think to myself that there's no point in explaining myself. Because most people won't be able to understand why I consider our inner world as far more interesting than most of the superficial and shallow conversations people share with each other."

"It's in retreat and silence when our soul can start to work its magic - for ourselves and others.
Constantly busy, distracted and numbed people never recognize that potent state of being.
In fact, they avoid it because in order to access it, we need to work through a couple of quite unfomfortable layers of our self.
The conditioned parts and the wounded ones. All the untruths we've been told about life and ourselves. The limitations that were imposed onto us by others.
All these layers that once covered our true self—avoiding us to be firmly connected to the one and only authority in our lifes. Our own internal authority, that neither needs a roadmap or strategies, external advice, or a ton of knowledge spread by others. Because our soul knows already everything we need to know for our lives. And when we surrender to it, it will also serve others in beautiful and magical ways.
Everything else is a man-made illusion and construct. Lies that keep people trapped in mental and emotional attachments, as well as in overworking, overdoing, and excessive self-optimization.
No one will ever applause you for doing that—and the impact of living in harmony with our soul is so far greater than by wasting our potential to such an extent."

"I consider self-reflection as one of the most important abilities of a human being.
Because if we can't confront ourselves with ALL of us, how could we ever see everything that shapes and makes another human being—and life itself?
Some might say: "Well, I don't need to see and know everything about life, myself and especially not other people. The surface is absolutely sufficient for me."
I understand that perspective, because it is very convenient and avoids pain. But staying at the surface also means to touch only the most mundane layers of the incredible experience called life. And what will be definitely missing is the depth our soul was built to experience and to express during these very few, precious years on planet earth.
So why should we choose only a tiny aspect of the human experience, if we can can have it all?"

It's a wonderful thing not to fake things—not ourselves, our business, or our relationships.
Not to build an artificial, glittering façade that looks impressive on the outside but leaves us empty inside.
Not to boast about our achievements and possessions in order to be seen and loved.
Not to act according to how things are supposed to be, but in a way that feels good for us.
Not to show up in a way that hopefully pleases others, but ourselves—without wearing a mask
or holding back how we actually feel and think.
Not to care about so-called Dos and Don'ts and pre-made blueprints for life and success.
Not to hunger for belonging in the group of the masses, but for the groups that deeply nourish our soul ."

One cannot truly explain or justify why you feel more drawn to the dimensions beyond the visible and tangible than to the ordinary. Some may call it escapism, but that is merely one perspective—rooted in a definition of reality that grants more power and authority to science than to one’s own intuition and capacity for perception.
We can blindly adopt and believe what others have studied and proven, or we can follow the path of our own curiosity. We can surrender to the one-sidedness and limitation of a purely materialistic worldview, or we can leave space for other realms—realms that cast more light upon the darkness of matter.
Should anyone be expected to justify choosing the latter path, simply because most of humanity feels more comfortable in the density and confinement of three-dimensional existence?
Certainly not.
Because once, such individuals were seen as mediators between worlds. They were prophets, sages, or magicians. People others sought out to find greater meaning in their lives and existence.
They were not outsiders before the world fell under the rule of capitalism. And so they aren´t now.

"We can choose to live in the world of others, or choose to create our own.
Create our own thoughts and perspective on things.
Our own rules about what is possible or not and about how things work for us.
We can choose, if we create our lives from the level of our multidimensional soul,
or from the place of our limited rational mind.
If we follow the masses, confirming other people's beliefs,
or if we take control and choose beliefs that open up new worlds for us.
If we live consciously, or unconsciously. With an awake or a sleeping spirit.
Living from within, or being driven by the external.
This is not a now and then activity, but a way of living that requires dedication, constant self-examination,
and self-correction. Nothing for those who love distractions, but for those who long for true fullfillment.
A choice... Out of many.
With very different results.”

"Allow them to misunderstand you and to judge you. To underestimate you, to call you wired, not to like you, and to speak negatively about you. But let all of that never stop you from following your desires, needs, and personal visions.
Because it has never been a good deal to betray and belittle yourself in order to be liked and accepted by the wrong people.
By people with whom you will never be able to grow because you're not speaking and acting with the voice of your truth,
but with the voice of your fears.
Let the wrong people reject you, so that those people can find you with whom you can simply share ALL of YOU—instead of a fragmented self that tries to satisfy those who will never be able to satisfy YOU."

"Have you ever wondered why we dream at night?
About distant places, unfamiliar faces, beautiful moments, or events that seem to be far outside of our current reality? About things that let us wake up shaking our heads, thinking:
Oh, it was just a dream!
But what if it wasn´t just a dream—but an insight into your future? Your soul trying to communicate with you to point you towards new directions or to prepare you for something significant to come in the future.
Impossible? No. Irrational? Yes.
But the rational mind literally knows nothing, compared to the part of us that sees and knows the bigger picture.
All great music pieces were born from that place. The most beautiful and impactful words are dictated by it.
It’s the birthplace of real love, not the imagination of love most people have.
Yes, it’s supernatural and multidimensional.
Nothing for rationalists, but also not for naïve dreamers.
But for those who are willing to see life and themselves from an entirely different perspective. Step by step, without pushing and wanting, but through surrendering to the aspects within ourselves that makes us breathe without even thinking about it.
Have you ever tried to control your own breath longer than a couple of minutes? You can’t.
Like you can’t control what’s going on behind the scenes of the mundane layers of reality.
But when they crack open, be sure that you will realize it—for example through a dream that will become a physical manifestation at a later point in time.”

"Learn how to walk in your own shoes.
Listen to your own inner song.
Dance with your own frequency.
Define your own rules — and ignore everything else.
Allow yourself to be weak from time to time.
Honor your vulnerability, your shadows, and your fears.
See their value, instead of seeing them as flaws
Allow yourself to be loved for who you truly are, not for what you can give, for how you look, or for what you have achieved.
And love someone who makes you feel good and at peace when you're sitting next to each other in silence.”
